Accomodation

The NGSCES2018 registration fee does not include accommodation. However, we have blocked a number of rooms in several hotels, dates 02-08 September. Participants can make their own bookings separately by contacting the e-mail indicated in the table below, mentioning the acronym for the conference (NGSCES2018), their personal data and exact dates of reservation. Prices include breakfast and VAT.

There will also be the possibility of getting cheaper residence accommodation. Reservation of these vacancies can be made through the registration platform (once it is available).

(We strongly recommend to book accommodation as early as possible. The summer season is very busy and hotels fill up quickly.)
